Last updated: February 4, 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of WFC Cary Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
WFC Cary Concrete provides concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, repairs, decorative concrete, and commercial concrete work. All services are subject to availability and proper site conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service or modify project scope if site conditions, weather, or other factors make it unsafe or impractical to proceed as originally planned.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information and site conditions known at the time of inspection. If conditions change or additional work is discovered, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we strive to meet these timelines, factors beyond our control such as weather, material availability, or site conditions may cause delays. We will communicate any changes to the schedule as soon as possible.
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and relocating any vehicles, equipment, or personal property that may interfere with the project.
Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
Concrete is a natural material and may develop minor surface cracks due to shrinkage. Small hairline cracks do not affect structural integrity and are not covered under warranty.
Liability
WFC Cary Concrete carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden structures unless their location was clearly marked before work began.
You are responsible for identifying and marking the location of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other buried infrastructure before work begins.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and scheduling costs.
For projects already in progress, cancellation terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Property Access
By hiring WFC Cary Concrete, you grant us permission to access your property for the duration of the project. This includes access for our team, equipment, and material deliveries. We will make every effort to minimize disruption and protect your property during the work.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about your project, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems fairly and professionally. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to North Carolina law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
